art 2 Amendments to the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No. 4 and Consequential, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Wales) Order 2005

(1) The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No.4 and Consequential, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Wales) Order 2005 is amended as follows. (2) In paragraph (2) of article 5 (transitional provisions) of the Order, before the words “paragraph (1)” insert the words “Article 4 and” and for the word “does” substitute the word “do”.
