art 4 Restrictions on vaccination and therapeutic treatment
(1) No person other than— (a) a veterinary inspector; (b) a veterinary surgeon authorised by the National Assembly; or (c) a person to whom a licence has been issued for the purpose by a veterinary inspector, is permitted to vaccinate bovine animals against brucellosis. (2) No person must treat bovine animals for brucellosis.
