art 2 Guidance on intervention criteria
The guidance about the criteria which the Welsh Ministers propose to apply for the purpose of deciding whether to give an intervention notice or make an intervention order under Part 2 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 is appended in the Schedule to this order.
