art 2 Amendment
(1) The Disease Control (Wales) Order 2003 is amended as follows. (2) After article 3, insert — Emergency measures (3A) (1) This article imposes interim measures and ceases to have effect on 30 September 2007. (2) In article 4 and 5(b), the references to 6 days shall be read as references to 20 days. (3) In the case of premises within a sole occupancy group that are 8 or more kilometres apart, paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 and paragraph 13 of Schedule 2 apply on the first occasion that an animal is moved between those premises, but cease to apply for any subsequent movement of any animal between those premises.
