reg 7 Arrangements for contact
In operating the arrangements referred to in paragraph 6 of Schedule 4, a voluntary organisation or a person carrying on a private children’s home must, unless it is not reasonably practicable or consistent with the child’s welfare, endeavour to promote contact between the child and the persons mentioned in that paragraph.
