art 2 Amendment of the Disease Control (Wales) Order 2003
(1) The Disease Control (Wales) Order 2003 is amended as follows. (2) In article 2, omit the definition of “veterinary surgeon”. (3) For paragraph (3) of article 14, substitute— (3) Every animal which is moved under a specific licence must be kept separate throughout such movement from any animal which is not being moved under that licence.
