art 3 Nature and functions of the trust
(1) The trust is established for the purposes specified in section 18(1) of the Act. (2) The trust’s functions are to provide goods and services (including hospital accommodation and community health services) from (a) Glan Clwyd Hospital, Rhyl, Denbighshire, LL18 5UJ; and (b) Wrexham Maelor Hospital, Croesnewydd Road, Wrexham, LL13 7TD and associated hospitals and premises.
