art 2 Transfer of property, rights and liabilities

On the transfer date the property known as Abergele Hospital (Land Registry Number CYM 324611), and all the rights and liabilities attaching to that property, shall be transferred from the Welsh Ministers to the North Wales National Health Service Trust.
