art 3 Nature and functions of the trust
(1) The trust is established for the purposes specified in section 18(1) of the Act. (2) The trust’s functions are — (a) to provide goods and services (including hospital accommodation and community health services) from — (i) Cefn Coed Hospital, Waunarlwydd Road, Cockett, Swansea, SA2 0GH, (ii) Glanrhyd Hospital, Tondu Road, Bridgend, CF31 4LN, (iii) Morriston Hospital, Morriston, Swansea SA6 6NL, (iv) Neath Port Talbot Hospital, Baglan Way, Port Talbot, SA12 7BX, (v) Princess of Wales Hospital, Coity Road, Bridgend CF31 1RQ, (vi) Singleton Hospital, Sketty, Swansea, SA2 8QA, and associated hospitals and premises; and (b) to provide to or in relation to the health service in Wales procurement services and to procure goods and services for the purpose of the health service in Wales.
