art 1 Title and commencement
(1) The title of this Order is the County of the Isle of Anglesey (Holyhead, Trearddur, Cwm Cadnant, Penmynydd, Pentraeth and Llanfair-Mathafarn-Eithaf Communities) Order 2009. (2) For any purpose set out in regulation 4(1) of the Regulations, this Order comes into force on the day after that on which it is made. (3) Articles 6, 9 and 11 come into force— (a) for the purpose of proceedings preliminary or relating to any election to be held on the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2012, on 15 October 2011; (b) for all other purposes, on the ordinary day for election of councillors in 2012. (4) For all other purposes, this Order comes into force on 1 April 2009, which is the appointed day for the purposes of the Regulations.
