art 2 Appointed Days

(1) The provisions of the Measure set out in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order are to come into force on 6 March 2009. (2) The provisions of the Measure set out in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Order are to come into force on 1 September 2009.
