art 2 Interpretation
In this Order— “dissolution date” (“ dyddiad diddymu ”) means 1 October 2009; “establishment date” (“ dyddiad sefydlu ”) means 1 June 2009; “Local Health Board area” (“ ardal Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol ”) means the area of Wales for which a Local Health Board under article 3 to this Order is established; “operational date” (“ dyddiad gweithredol ”) has the meaning assigned to it in paragraph 11(2) of Schedule 2 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006; and “principal local government area” (“ prif ardal llywodraeth leol ”) means a principal local government area in Wales as set out in Parts I and II of Schedule 4 to the Local Government Act 1972 .
