art 9 Amendments to the Schedule to the Local Health Boards (Establishment) (Wales) Order 2003
With effect from the dissolution date delete the Schedule to the Local Health Boards (Establishment) (Wales) Order 2003 (local health board names and principal local government areas for which they are established) and substitute the Schedule in Schedule 3 to this Order.
