art 2 Interpretation

In this Order— “the Act” (“ y Ddeddf ”) means the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 ; and “the Old Corporations” (“ yr Hen Gorfforaethau ”) means Gorseinion College Further Education Corporation (“ Corfforaeth Addysg Bellach Coleg Gorseinion ”) and Swansea College Further Education Corporation (“ Corfforaeth Addysg Bellach Coleg Abertawe ”).
