art 2 Amendments to the 1991 Order
The Swansea Bay Port Health Authority Order 1991 is amended as follows: (a) in Schedule 2, for the heading “ The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 (c. 77) ”, substitute “ The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 (c. 22) ”; (b) in Schedule 2, under the heading “ The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 (c. 77) ”, for— substitute the following— and at the end of Schedule 2, add— Health Protection (Local Authority Powers) (Wales) Regulations 2010
