art 16 Application of byelaws to extension railway
(1) The byelaws made by the Llangollen Railway Society Limited in relation to the existing railway and confirmed by the Secretary of State on 4th July 1986 shall apply to the extension railway as they apply to the existing railway. (2) Paragraph (1) shall have effect in relation to the extension railway or any part of it on and from the date on which that railway or part is completed and open to traffic.
