The Child Minding and Day Care Exceptions (Wales) Order 2010 art 11

A person does not provide day care where the care is provided to a child who receives a care home service, within the meaning of Part 1 of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016, at a place where such services are provided wholly or mainly to children and in respect of which a person is registered under Part 1 of that Act .
