art 8 Provision for continuity in the exercise of functions
Anything done by or in relation to the former Councils in the exercise of or in connection with a function which by virtue of article 6 of this Order becomes a function of a new Council will so far as it is required for continuing its effect on and after the transfer date have effect as if done by or in relation to the new Council.
