art 1 Title and commencement

(1) The title of this Order is the Saundersfoot Harbour Empowerment Order 2011. (2) Subject to paragraph (3), this Order comes into force on 1 July 2011. (3) The following provisions of this Order come into force on the new constitution date— article 4(1); article 5(1); article 7(1)(b); article 58; and article 64.
