The Saundersfoot Harbour Empowerment Order 2011 art 50

art 50 Survey of tidal works

If the Welsh Ministers deem it expedient to do so, they may order a survey and examination of a tidal work or of the site upon which it is proposed to construct the work, and any expenditure incurred by the Welsh Ministers in any such survey and examination is recoverable from the Commissioners.
