art 9 Revocation and consequential amendment
(1) Byelaw 5 (Permit to Fish for Cockles ( Cerastoderma edule ) and Mussels ( Mytilis edulis )) of the former North Western and North Wales Sea Fisheries Committee is revoked in relation to Wales. (2) In the Table in Schedule 4 to the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (Commencement No. 1, Consequential, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (England and Wales) Order 2010 delete the row relating to Byelaw 5.
