art 1 Title, commencement, application and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) (Wales) (Partial Revocation) Order 2011. It applies in relation to Wales and comes into force on 9 December 2011. (2) In this Order, “the principal Order” (“ y prif Orchymyn ”) means the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) (Wales) Order 1991 .
