The Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Wales) Order 2011 art 20

art 20 Walking licences for pet pigs

The Welsh Ministers may grant a walking licence to a keeper of a pet pig allowing them to take the pig for a walk off the holding without complying with article 5 or 12, but the person walking the pig must carry a copy of the licence throughout the walk.
