The Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Wales) Order 2011 art 25

art 25 Enforcement

(1) This Order is enforced by the local authority. (2) The Welsh Ministers may direct, in relation to cases of a particular description or any particular case, that they will enforce this Order instead of the local authority. (3) In this article “ local authority ” (“ awdurdod lleol ”) means a county borough council or county council in Wales.
