The National Assembly for Wales (Returning Officers' Charges) Order 2011 art 2

art 2 Interpretation

In this Order— (a) “Assembly constituency” (“ etholaeth Cynulliad ”) is to be construed in accordance with section 2 of the Government of Wales Act 2006; (b) “Assembly electoral region” (“ rhanbarth etholiadol Cynulliad ”) is to be construed in accordance with section 2 of the Government of Wales Act 2006.
