art 3 Interpretation
In this Order— “ the Act ” (“ y Ddeddf ”) means the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009; “civil sanction” (“ sancsiwn sifil ” ) means a fixed monetary penalty or a variable monetary penalty ; “final notice” (“ hysbysiad terfynol ”)— in relation to a fixed monetary penalty, has the meaning given by article 8(3); in relation to a variable monetary penalty, has the meaning given by article 17(4); “notice of intent” (“ hysbysiad o fwriad ”)— in relation to a fixed monetary penalty, has the meaning given by article 5(1); in relation to a variable monetary penalty, has the meaning given by article 14(1).
