The Marine Licensing (Civil Sanctions) (Wales) Order 2011 art 6

art 6 Discharge of liability

A person who receives a notice of intent may discharge liability for the fixed monetary penalty by paying to the enforcement authority 50% of the amount of the penalty within the period of 28 days beginning with the day on which the notice of intent is received.
