art 1 Title, commencement, application and interpretation
(1) The title of this Order is the Welsh Ministers and Local Health Boards (Transfer of Property, Rights and Liabilities) (Wales) Order 2012 and it comes into force on 1 June 2012. (2) This Order applies in relation to Wales. (3) In this Order: “the transfer date” (“ y dyddiad trosglwyddo ”) means 1 June 2012; “the Trust” (“ yr Ymddiriedolaeth ”) means Velindre National Health Service Trust established by the Velindre National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993
