art 6 Revocation, transitional and saving provisions
(1) The 1974 Order is revoked so far as it applies to Wales provided that any application for, or any request for information as to, a certificate under section 17 which is outstanding at the coming into force of this Order will have effect as if made and will be dealt with under and in accordance with the provisions of this Order. (2) Where, on the coming into force of this Order, an appeal has been made under section 18 and article 4 of the 1974 Order and the time for providing documents under article 4(3) of the 1974 Order has not yet expired the provisions of articles 4(3) and 4(4) of the 1974 Order will continue in force in respect of that appeal.
