art 2 Provisions coming into force on 26 April 2013
The appointed day for the following provisions of the 2013 Act coming into force is 26 April 2013, insofar as they relate to the laying of the School Organisation Code— (a) section 38 (school organisation code); (b) section 39 (making and approval of school organisation code); (c) section 97 (orders and regulations); and (d) section 98 (general interpretation and index of defined expressions).
