art 2 Commencement on the day after the day this Order is made
(1) The provisions of the 2010 Measure specified in paragraph (2), insofar as they are not already in force, come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made. (2) The provisions referred to in paragraph (1) are: (a) section 58 (10) (assignment of local authority functions and referrals); and (b) section 59 (2) (funding and expenditure).
