art 2 Amendment of article 1 of the principal Order
(1) Following the definition of “the Act” in article 1(2) of the principal Order insert — “Directive 2011/24/ EU ” means Directive 2011/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 on the application of patients’ rights in cross-border healthcare ; “National Contact Point” means the National Contact Point that Member States are required to designate under article 6 of Directive 2011/24/EU;
