art 1 Title and commencement
(1) The title of this Order is the Firefighters’ Compensation Scheme and Pension Scheme (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2015. (2) Subject to paragraph (3), this Order comes into force on 31 March 2015. (3) The amendments made by the following provisions come into force on 1 April 2015— (a) article 2; and (b) paragraphs 5 and 6 of Schedule 2 to this Order and article 3 so far as it relates to those paragraphs. (4) The amendments made by paragraphs 1, 2(1) and (3), 3(1) and (2) and 4 of Schedule 2 to this Order, and by article 3 so far as it relates to those paragraphs, have effect from 1 April 2014 .
