(1) The Apprenticeships (Designation of Welsh Certifying Authority) Order 2013 is amended as follows. (2) In article 2 for the words “the Alliance of Sector Skills Councils” substitute “the Federation for Industry Sector Skills & Standards (Company Number: SC175918)”.
