art 1 Title and commencement

(1) The title of this Order is the Education Workforce Council (Registration of Youth Workers, Youth Support Workers and Work Based Learning Practitioners) Order 2016. (2) This Order comes into force on 1 March 2017 except articles 4, 6 and 7 which come into force on 1 April 2017.
