art 3 Official statistics

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the statistics produced, or to be produced, by the persons listed in the Schedule are official statistics for the purpose of Part 1 of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007. (2) Official statistics in this Order do not include statistics which have the meaning in section 6(1)(a) of that Act.
