art 2 Provisions of the 2014 Act coming into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made
The following provisions of the 2014 Act, so far as not already in force, come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made— (a) section 17 (rules about charges for connections etc ); and (b) section 38 (guidance relating to rules about charges).
