art 1 Title, commencement, application and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2017 and it comes into force on 5 May 2017. (2) This Order applies in relation to Wales. (3) In this Order, “the 2012 Order ” (“ Gorchymyn 2012 ”) means the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 .
