art 8 Transitional and saving provisions
(1) Paragraph (2) applies where any of the following occurs in relation to an application made before this Order comes into force— (a) the application is referred to the Welsh Ministers pursuant to a direction under section 77 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or (b) an appeal is made. (2) The 2012 Order applies to that application or appeal as though the amendments made by articles 2 to 7 had not been made.
