art 5 Provisions coming into force on 31 May 2017

The appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the 2016 Act, so far as they are not already in force, is 31 May 2017— (a) section 3; (b) section 5; (c) section 24; (d) section 30(6); (e) Schedule 1; and (f) Schedule 2.
