art 1 Title, commencement and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Velindre National Health Service Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2017 and it comes into force on 5 October 2017. (2) In this Order, “the principal Order” (“ y prif Orchymyn ”) means the Velindre National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 .
