art 3 Amendments to the Tope (Prohibition of Fishing) (Wales) Order 2008
In the Tope (Prohibition of Fishing) (Wales) Order 2008 , in article 1 (title, commencement and application), for paragraph (3) substitute— (3) This Order only applies to British fishing boats which are either— (a) registered in the United Kingdom under Part 2 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 ; or (b) owned wholly by persons qualified to own British ships for the purposes of that Part of that Act.
