reg 3 Omission of information from the published register of service providers
For the purposes of section 38(5)(a) of the Act the Welsh Ministers may omit from the published register of service providers the information required under section 38(2)(b) of the Act in respect of any entry in the register that relates to a place at which— (a) a care home service is provided wholly or mainly to children; (b) a secure accommodation service is provided.
