The Velindre National Health Service Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2018 art 4

art 4 Significant teaching commitment

After article 4 of the principal Order, insert— Significant teaching commitment (4A) (1) The trust is to be regarded as having a significant teaching commitment by virtue of paragraph 5(3)(b) of Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 . (2) One of the non-executive directors must be appointed from Cardiff University.
