art 2 Classes of fireplace exempted from the provisions of section 20 of the Clean Air Act 1993
Any class of fireplace described in the first column of the table in the Schedule is, upon the condition or conditions specified in the Schedule in relation to that fireplace, exempted from the provisions of section 20 of the Clean Air Act 1993 (prohibition of smoke emissions in smoke control area).
