art 4 Saving provision

Subject to articles 9 and 10 and articles 12 to 15, despite the disapplication by section 96 and paragraph 4(9) of the Schedule to the Act of Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the 1996 Act in relation to a child to whom this Order applies— (a) the old law continues to have effect in relation to that child, and (b) the new law does not have effect in relation to that child.
