art 2 Provisions coming into force on 7 March 2023
(1) The following provisions of the Act come into force, to the extent necessary for the purpose of making regulations, on 7 March 2023— (a) section 4 (duty of candour procedure); and (b) section 11 (interpretation of “health care” and other terms). (2) The following provisions of the Act come into force on 7 March 2023— (a) section 25 (regulations); and (b) section 28 (power to make transitional etc. provision).
