art 2 Amendment to the Glyn Rhonwy Pumped Storage Generating Station Order 2017
(1) The Glyn Rhonwy Pumped Storage Generating Station Order 2017 (“ the 2017 Order ”) is amended as follows. (2) For paragraph 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the 2017 Order substitute “The authorised development must be commenced no later than 29 March 2026.” .
