art 3 Principals and senior leaders in education Requirement to be registered: principals and senior leaders in further education

A person may not undertake a senior leadership role in managing teaching and learning in or for a further education institution in Wales unless the person is registered under section 9 of the 2014 Act (register maintained by the Council) in the category of principal or senior leader in further education.
