art 2 Provisions coming into force on 16 March 2026
The following provisions of the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024 come into force on 16 March 2026— (a) section 40(2); (b) section 90; (c) section 91; (d) section 92(1)(c) and (3) to the extent not already in force; (e) section 93; (f) section 96(5), (6) and (8) to the extent not already in force; (g) section 124(3)(a)(ii); (h) Schedule 2.
